The Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ALEAP), a flagship initiative of the Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police, invites law enforcement professionals, public safety leaders, researchers, and industry experts to submit proposals to speak at the 2025 ALEAP Conference.

This annual conference brings together accreditation managers, law enforcement executives, and public safety professionals from across the state, all united by a shared commitment to excellence, accountability, and professional standards in policing. As a speaker, you’ll have the opportunity to influence policy, elevate practice, and build lasting professional connections.
Topics of Interest
We welcome presentations that offer actionable insights, share success stories, or introduce innovations aligned with ALEAP’s mission. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:
- Accreditation best practices and strategies
- Policy development and compliance
- Risk management and liability reduction
- Community engagement and transparency
- Leadership and ethics in policing
- Use of technology in standards implementation
- Data-driven decision-making and performance metrics
Session Formats
- 45-minute breakout sessions (including Q&A)
- Panel discussions
- Interactive workshops
Submission Guidelines
Please submit your proposal by June 1, 2025. Each submission should include:
- Speaker name(s), title(s), and agency/organization
- Session title and abstract (150–250 words)
- Learning objectives (3–4 bullet points)
- Speaker bio(s) (100–150 words)
- Preferred session format
