Annual Awards

Each year the Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program takes time to recognize excellence in accreditation and in an individual’s leadership role within their agency’s accreditation process. Outstanding employees would be those who show innovation and problem-solving skills, collaboration and teamwork, and outstanding resilience and adaptability.

Additionally, those showing superb leadership in the accreditation process can be recognized with one of the founders of the ALEAP program, the Robert J. DeVries Leadership Award.

The nominee for Assessor of the Year is an individual who excels in conducting thorough, fair, and accurate assessments of law enforcement agencies.

Accreditation Manager of the Year

The nominee for Accreditation Manager of the Year is an individual who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to the accreditation process.

Robert J. DeVries Accreditation Leadership Award

The nominee for the Robert J. DeVries Accreditation Leadership Award is an individual who has shown extraordinary leadership in advancing accreditation standards and processes within the law enforcement community.

Get Accredited

You will receive a confirmation email after we receive your application. We will let you know when the next ALEAP Commission Hearing is scheduled for the submittal of your application to the board. Additionally, we will send you information about the enrollment process and schedule an onboarding with your upon approval of your application. We want this part of the process to be as seamless as possible!
