July 2026 ALEAP Commission Meeting & Hearings | Registration Now Open

As we approach our upcoming accreditation hearings this July, we want to ensure your agency is fully prepared for this milestone. The Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program invites you to join us at the Little America Hotel in Flagstaff, held in conjunction with the AACOP Law Enforcement Summit.

Final Report & Hearing Preparation
To facilitate your preparation, our team will provide your agency with a copy of your final assessment report prior to the hearings. To ensure your team is confident and ready, we will also provide specific guidance on what to expect during the hearing process, detailing the flow of the session and the types of inquiries the Commission may have.

Scheduling
We will be publishing a formal Order of Hearings soon; you will receive a specific notification regarding the exact date and time assigned to your agency.

Attendance
The Commission requests the presence of the Chief, Sheriff, or Director, along with pertinent command staff and your Accreditation Manager.

We also welcome and encourage you to invite your City, County, or State leadership (such as Mayors, Council Members, or Managers) to attend and support your agency during this process.

Commission Meetings & Agency Hearings:

  • Tuesday, July 14 | 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Wednesday, July 15 | 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

AACOP General Membership Meeting & Awards Ceremony:

  • Wednesday, July 15 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Already Registered through the AACOP Website?

If your Chief, Sheriff, or agency Director has already registered to attend the full Law Enforcement Summit as a paid attendee, this additional registration is not necessary for them. This registration is only required for those NOT attending the summit as a paid attendee.
